Casino ABS respects the privacy of every individual who visits any of our facilities and uses our web sites. This Privacy Policy outlines the information that may be collected through use of any of our facilities and our web site and how that information may be used and disclosed by Casino ABS.

Overview 

You can browse the Casinos ABS web site without telling us who you are and without providing any personal information about yourself. Casino ABS only collects personal information that you voluntarily provide to us. Personal information is collected by employee application forms, resumes, emails; and through your activities on Casino ABS web sites, purchasing merchandise; or completing a Club West Players Club or Poker Player Club application form; requesting Cashcall services; large cash transactions and receiving Jackpots.
Casino ABS endeavors to only collect personal information directly from the individual to whom the personal information relates. 

Use of Collected Personal Information 

The personal information which you provide and which is collected, is used by Casino ABS for the following purposes: 
1. to provide you with information about promotions, special offers and programs or services which may be of interest to you; 
2. to assist Casino ABS with it’s marketing programs to identify broad market groups for specific promotional opportunities; 
3. to facilitate your participation in contests, tournaments or other events; 
4. to facilitate your signing up for Club West Player's Club and Poker Player’s Club memberships, and the maintenance and operation of these programs;

When providing personal information to Casino ABS, you must agree prior to being placed on marketing lists and agree to receive promotional offers, special offers, and other notices from Casino ABS from time to time.

OTHER INFORMATION COLLECTED

CHANGES 

This Privacy Policy was posted on April 30, 2004. Casino ABS reserves the right to change, modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. When this Privacy Policy is changed, modified and/or amended, the revised Privacy Policy will be posted on all Casinos ABS locations and web sites. Any revised Privacy Policy will only apply prospectively to personal information collected or modified after the effective date of the revised policy. You are responsible for periodically checking the Privacy Policy posted on the Casinos ABS web sites for changes.
