Entertainment

The 140 seat Buffalo Bar and Showroom, complete with dance floor, features some of Alberta’s best live bands and tribute shows.  Performers are on stage every Friday and Saturday night starting at 9 pm.  In addition, the Showroom plays host to other major events throughout the year including New Year’s Eve and Chinese New Year.

Our entertainment is updated monthly so you can always find out from the website when your favorite group is playing.  Come and join us and bring your dancing shoes!

The showroom also has an 11 foot giant screen on the stage to watch sporting events up close and personal.  A great way to watch the action larger than life.

STAGECOACH GRILL

The Stagecoach Grill is our main dining area in the casino.  Check out the authentic Old West stagecoach at the entrance along with the extensive use of dark wood, stone, western artwork and bronze sculptures.

the Grill offers a wide variety of tempting menu items to satisfy everyone’s taste.  Breakfast, lunch and dinner items are served all day.

Try our Western Chinese Buffet on Thursday evenings, our Breakfast Buffet on Saturday and Sunday mornings and our chef carved Prime Rib every Saturday night.  There are also daily specials at lunch and dinner created by our Executive Chef.

Looking to get a bite to eat fast with no waiting?  Try our 28 seat Wagon Wheel Deli.  Located directly adjacent to the gaming floor it is a great spot to meet friends, people watch and enjoy a quick meal.

The Wagon Wheel Deli has a deli chef to prepare custom made sandwiches for you.  Also available are salads, fruit plates, hot dogs, soup of the day, our famous “Henny Penny” chicken and a wide array of desserts, beverages and confectionary items.

SPURS

Open daily from 9:30 am to 2:00 am

Our most popular lounge is Spurs.  This 36 seat lounge is located directly adjacent to the table games on the gaming floor and is raised to offer a panoramic view out.  Enjoy your favorite cocktail or order a meal off our Stagecoach Grill menu. 

Spurs has several TVs to watch your favorite sporting events and we offer all Oilers pay-per-view games and NHL Centre Ice..  Sit back, relax and get comfortable with the stone fireplace, western bronze sculptures and great service from our attentive staff.

BUFFALO BAR AND SHOWROOM

Open Thursday 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm and from 4:00 pm - 2:00 am on Friday and Saturday.

The 18 seat Buffalo Bar is located adjacent to the slot gaming floor and directly in front of the showroom.  Enjoy your favorite drink at the Buffalo Bar.  Your bartender can also order a meal for you from the Stagecoach Grill.

THE CORRAL

Planning a special event?  Why not consider the “Corral” at Casino Yellowhead.  It is ideally suited for groups from 20 to 100.  Located right off the gaming floor and directly adjacent to the Spurs Lounge, this private room has four big screen TVs and is ideal for meetings, receptions, banquets, private parties or private poker tournaments.

A special catering menu created by our Executive Chef is available or custom make your menu choices with our experienced staff.

When using the Corral you have full access to the casino.  This allows guest to take a break and try their luck at the slot machines or table games.  On weekends you can also enjoy the live entertainment on stage at the Buffalo Bar and Showroom.
